Local Shipping Information
Shipping within Australia is capped at $8.00 flat rate regardless of what you order (big or small).
All orders over $100 are shipped free via Australia Post Express, Australia Post Express Platinum or Registered Post (bulky items) most customers receive orders next business day.
HDCM endeavours to ship all orders out within 24 hours and provide customers shipping reference numbers upon dispatch.
HDCM will not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages once it is in the Australia Post network, but we will try our best to help resolve any issues you may face.
International Shipping
International shipping is charged at $20 for orders weighing 500grams or less. (Unless otherwise mentioned)
International shipping is via International Registered Mail and takes between 7-14 days (but is usually a lot quicker to closer countries such as New Zealand).
HDCM will not ship larger items via international post (consoles etc).
International customers please select International Registered Post (No Free Shipping On International Orders) during checkout.
Tracking Information
Most packages can be tracked at http://auspost.com.au/track/ upon dispatch you will be provided a 18 digit reference number similar to 997001124345673099. The first 6 digits are a Australia Post prefix so when entering the number into the system remove the first 6 digits [997001] and only enter in the last 12 digits [124345673099] of the reference number into the website. Failure to do so will provide inaccurate results.
Pickup Details
Pickup is strictly only available for orders over the value of $50
Whilst primarily operating as an online store, HDCM will allow locals to pickup their orders Saturday (9:00AM to 12:00PM) by appointment only.
If you wish to pickup a order please place your order online and select pickup as the shipping method.
Then use the contact form to make an appointment to pickup your order (All bookings must be done via the contact form) - 24 hours notice is preffered.
Please note that all customers need to pay cash on pickup. Paypal is not accepted as prior payment and no eftpos facilities are currently available on-site.
Please Note: Pickup is not available outside these hours and if you are in a hurry it is suggested you get the item posted to you.
